The Causeway Alliance has asked us to make you aware of two changes to the Te Atatu section of the Northwestern Cycleway due to happen in November.
In November 2014, cycle path users will be detoured along Alwyn Ave, away from the Te Atatu Rd/SH16 intersection, while works take place. This detour is expected to be in place until early 2015.
At the end of November 2014 the McCormick Green section of cycleway which is currently detoured around Royal View Rd will be returned to its original position. The remaining new section of cycleway down to Lincoln Rd is expected to be complete mid-2015.
