From CAA and Bike Te Atatu member, BryceP.
This Saturday, 8 March, marks the opening of the Harbourview Sculpture Trail. This event showcases a myriad of sculptures from many artists.
As I’ve mentioned before, Te Atatu is a great place to get around by bike. If you don’t have a bike for some reason, there will be a bike hire station at the event. Tickets can be purchased on-line.

And, if you don’t know where to go or are not familiar with Te Atatu Peninsula, here is some more information

And, just because Te Atatu is so great for riding around, even the local businesses are getting into the act. Luscious Food Store offer a 10% drink discount for everyone who turns up on a bike. They can be found here:
They also have a special Peninsula Beats session organised for Saturday. These are popular so get in quick.

So, why are you waiting? Get out to Te Atatu (just off the NW cycleway), visit the sculptures, have a drink and explore.
