Ōtara Bike Rave

Bust out the fairy lights, strap some speakers to your bike, dress up in your wildest costume and join us for the most fun you can have on two wheels.
The Ōtara Bike Rave starts with a party at the Ōtara Bike Burb located in the Ōtara Town Centre. There’ll be a chance for you to show off your bike-creation, and have a wiggle to a DJ before we head off on a 4.5km sunset cruise, surprising and delighting the public as we go.
The ride takes us down lovegrove passing through our new beautiful bridge by the Otara waterways. We then follow the path making our way onto Hills Rd towards Johnstone Rd, then back onto the waterways path towards Ngati Otara. We will then head back down Otara road making our way back to The Ōtara Bike Burb. Here we’ll park up and party to the sounds of our resident DJ. Free kai, snacks & non alcoholic drinks provided after the ride to participants to give you an energy boost to dance the rest of the night away.
Registrations Open: 2PM – 2:55pm
3:00pm – 3:45pm: Twilight cruise around Ōtara.
4pm – 7pm: Kai, DJ and Disco party + Free GIVEAWAYS
