Drop-in Bike Skills & Maintenance: The Cloud

June 14, 2017 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Free

Do you live or work in the CBD, and are you keen to master the art of riding a bike? Want to learn to fix a flat? Mix the joy of learning with the whimsical lights and architecture of the Cloud, and you’ve got weather-proof winter fun.
Our Beginner Bike and Maintenance Drop-in Sessions in The Cloud will be held monthly through the winter months. Join us for the first winter session there on Wednesday 14th June from 5.30 – 7.30pm.
If you are new to riding, haven’t been on a bike for a while, or are getting back into it but need a bit of a confidence boost, then come on by. And it’s a great opportunity to introduce a friend to cycling.
There will also be a mechanic to share their knowledge and help with quick fixes, so bring any questions you may have about how to keep your bike running smoothly through winter.
We’ll also be running small group rides along the waterfront, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Drop in, learn some new skills, and enjoy pedaling around the Cloud. Bring your own bike or borrow one of ours. There’s no need to book, and bikes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We don’t want you to miss a moment of the fun, so best to be there at 5:30pm!
