We collect your personal information in order to be able to contact you about our activities and process your request. Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter contact details, we won’t be able to contact you about our activities and process your request. We keep your information safe by storing in encrypted files and only staff with security password has access. We keep your information for only as long as relevant for Bike Auckland to provide services to you. At your request, we securely destroy it by erasing every file. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at info@bikeauckland.org.nz.

  If you have a complaint through Auckland Transport that you would like Bike Auckland to know about (particularly if it relates to infrastructure issues), please include your reference number. This enables us to potentially raise it in a meeting between our organisations.
