Some year or so ago, we were told that a really sizable chunk of the maintenance / issue requests that the AT Hotline got were from cyclists.
We say “Well done, you!”, because without speaking up, stuff isn’t gonna change.
The good news is that AT, as part of their website relaunch, have also revamped their online report a problem page – now you can simply drop a marker on an online map, describe the problem, and off you go. You can also still upload photos, and provide your details if you need a response.
We hope that AT has the resources to follow these up well (past experiences have ranged from frustrating silence to awesome responsiveness), as we are sure you will log a lot of issues!
