Come hang with the cool kids on the Te Atatu Peninsula Library verandah, fix up your bike and be ready for Bike Te Atatu’s upcoming Eco-West group rides (see below).
There’ll be bike maintenance help, a big fill-in bike map to cover with your ideas for a more bikeable ‘hood, plus coffee and sweet treats!
When and where: Sunday 20 March, 2-4pm, at the Te Atatu Peninsula Library.
This is for anyone local, but hey, if you’re in the area for the Harbourview Sculpture Trail, why not drop by to say hello and see how one of our strongest bike burb groups gets things done.
More details about Sunday’s fix-it here. If you’re local or nearby, join Bike Te Atatu’s Facebook group to stay up with the news and goss. You can also chat with them on Twitter, or bookmark their awesome website.

PS As part of the wonderful Eco-West Festival, Bike Te Atatu is inviting people to see how discoverable their neighborhood is on bikes. There are three rides, all designed to be family-friendly and gentle for the newish cyclist:

- 9th April, 2 pm A Slow Roll around the Streets (a super family-friendly ride, including an ice-cream stop)
- 10th April, 10 am Twin Streams ride to Henderson (via Tui Glen playground and the Corban Arts Estate)
