The team at Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Properties is excited to welcome you to our Te Punga Community Day on Sunday 5 October, 10am–1pm.

Te Punga is the first stage of new housing in our development beside UNITEC, and we’re looking forward to connecting with our neighbours and sharing what’s ahead for the area.

Come and explore the new roads and footpaths – including the Waterview walking and cycling path which now runs through the development.
Enjoy a free coffee or ice cream on us.
Got wobbly wheels? Auckland Transport’s Bike Hub will be onsite for minor tune-ups and bike advice.

This is our way of saying thank you for your patience during construction and to give you a first look at what makes Te Punga so special.
