This event is by Sunset Coast BMX Club.
We’d love to invite your whānau to our Have a Go Day at Sunset Coast BMX Club on Sunday 19 October, 10am–1pm. This is a fun, free community event for riders of all ages and abilities — no experience necessary!
What’s happening on the day:
- Ride the track with a club member
- Demo races to watch and cheer on
- Lolly scramble & treasure hunt for the kids
- Canteen with hot food and cold drinks available to purchase
What to bring:
- Your own bike (balance, BMX or mountain bike)
- Full-face helmet
- Long trousers, long sleeves, gloves and closed-toe shoes for safety
A limited number of hire bikes, helmets and gloves are available to borrow.
Our club is based on Attewell Road in Puni and is a family-friendly community with members from across Franklin, ranging in age from 2 to 50+.
