Cycle Action Network (CAN)
CAN was formed in 1997 as New Zealand’s national network of cycling advocate groups as the national voice for everyday people on bicycles. Bike Auckland is an affiliated organisation and supports the vision and priorities that CAN advocates for everyone in Aotearoa:
- Bikes are climate action
- Transport policy is health policy

- Build bicycle-friendly cities and connections
- A zero harm transport system
- Great inter-regional passenger transport with a bike
All Aboard
All Aboard is an independent community organisation working across Aotearoa to build trust, skills and shared understanding, helping to shape transport systems that make everyday travel safer, more affordable, and fair for everyone — now and into the future. Bike Auckland belongs to the All Aboard Action Alliance, a long-term inclusive community of organisations, entities and businesses who unite under the All Aboard vision to reimagine the transport system.
Community Climate Action Network
The Taamaki Makaurau Community Climate Action Network (CCAN) brings together Auckland community groups to amplify the impact we have on climate action. We do so by building a collective movement and supercharging our voices.
By focusing on areas with the biggest impact on climate change in Taamaki Makaurau, community groups can have a strong collective influence. This includes transport, food, energy, waste, water and ecological restoration.
