DESCRIPTION:MATARIKI NIGHT RIDE returns – blinging bigger and brighter.\n\nBike Avondale invites you\, your whānau and friends to celebrate the start of the Māori new year outdoors under the Matariki stars.\n\nJoin us once again for this free community event to share kai\, enjoy interactive activities and bling your bikes for our specially lit next level Matariki NIGHT RIDE course for bikes and scooters. We’re also very proud to launch AIR AVONDALE – the most illustrious illustratively illuminated ride you’ll see…perhaps ever.\n\n3pm: School pickup then come over!\n4pm: Community Dinner\n4.30pm:\nPerformances and shared waiata from:\n– Avondale Primary School\n– Te Whānau o Pātiki\, Rosebank School\n– TahiMana Polynesian Fire Warriors\n5.00pm: Matariki Night Ride\n\n** BYO EMPTY plate & spoon (to eat from)\, water bottle and MUG for free hot chocolates post ride.\n** BYO wheels. Light ’em up peeps \n** AIR AVONDALE launch. Collect your tickets on the night from DREAM BOAT aviator.\n** Ride through our special night-time bike course\, fairy-lit including art installations.\n\nThank you for respecting our ZERO WASTE kaupapa.
