SUMMARY:New Lynn to Swanson Ride
DESCRIPTION:Join Bike Henderson on one of their free bicycle rides through West Auckland. The rides will go at the pace of the slowest rider so no one will be left behind. Free ice blocks and drinks will be provided after the rides. \nThis ride has a meeting point conveniently located close to a train station\, and bikes can be taken on the train for free. \nSunday March 17\, 5.30pm – meet at the New Lynn train station \nWe’ll explore a cycle route mostly along quiet roads and a few footpaths following the railway from New Lynn to Swanson. It’s recommended that you’re confident riding on the road\, and this ride is quite hilly. You’re welcome to join or leave the ride at any station along the way. If you want to join at any station other than New Lynn\, leave a message on our Facebook event. \nFor more information\, visit the Facebook event page. \nThis event is part of EcoWest Festival 2019\, a month-long celebration of our stunning environment. Check out more than 120 events at www.ecowest.org.nz
