DESCRIPTION:Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei are hosting a community open day to promote Te Punga\, a new housing development in Ōwairaka Mount Albert. Te Punga will comprise 51 architecturally designed\, stylish townhouses\, expected to be on the market by the end of 2026. Te Punga is the first stage of planned housing development over the next 10-15 years. \n  \nNgāti Whātua Ōrākei invites the community to explore the development’s cycle paths and roads\, find out what makes Te Punga special\, and enjoy free coffee\, ice cream\, and a sausage sizzle! A bike mechanic will be on site for minor tune-ups and advice. \n  \nWhen: Sunday 5 October\, 10am–1pm \nWhere: Access off Laurel Street or via Waterview Shared Path \n  \nHope to see you there!

DESCRIPTION:This event is by Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Properties. \n  \nThis event has been postponed until further notice. \n  \nThe team at Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Properties is excited to welcome you to our Te Punga Community Day on Sunday 5 October\, 10am–1pm. \nTe Punga is the first stage of new housing in our development beside UNITEC\, and we’re looking forward to connecting with our neighbours and sharing what’s ahead for the area. \nCome and explore the new roads and footpaths – including the Waterview walking and cycling path which now runs through the development.\nEnjoy a free coffee or ice cream on us.\nGot wobbly wheels?
