Hello all – Auckland Transport is holding an open day tomorrow on the new cycle lanes / shared path coming to Portage Road, New Lynn-Blockhouse Bay Road.

Sorry for alerting you so late – but it only popped up visibly on the AT website today, and nobody thought to tell CAA. I mean, we were only involved as stakeholders in the design, why tell us?
Such gripes aside, we suggest you go there and check it out. BTW: The plans shown on their website only show about half the scheme, which links up all the way to Kinross Street.
