Presented by Bike Auckland, Dinner by Bike is a progressive three-course dinner on wheels that lets you discover Auckland’s streets and flavours from a fresh perspective. Book a slot and BYO bike to enjoy a leisurely 10km round-trip tour of the city with stops for entrée, main, dessert, and a nightcap, in the company of a convivial group of bike-minded people. Between courses, you’ll take in Auckland’s sparkling cycleways, streets and public spaces by night – an exhilarating way to activate all five senses and experience the city as never before! Envision Your Auckland

Come along and put your very own mastermind to good use in designing Generation Zero's City Centre Masterplan. Enjoy a Kokako filter coffee/ hot chocolate or fizz from Karma Cola and disclose your transport woes. We want your ideas and vision of what your ideal low carbon city would look like – as, after all, it will be affecting you. You will also hear from the brilliant minds of Kathryn King, Manager of Walking, Cycling and Road Safety at Auckland Transport, and Richard Hills, Auckland Councillor for North Shore. Since Auckland Council laid out its own City Centre Masterplan (back in 2012) for what the next 20 years of development will look like, the number of pedestrians on Queen St has doubled. And though the city centre's population was projected to hit 45,000 by 2032, it's already set to exceed that this year – 15 years ahead of predicted. Project Glow Wear boldly goes where no other has gone before, by challenging designers to create reflective clothing and accessories that marry high fashion with high visual impact. Do you live or work in the CBD and are keen to master the art of riding a bike? Want to learn to fix a flat? Mix the joy of learning with the whimsical lights and architecture of the Cloud, and you’ve got rain-proof winter fun. Our Beginner Bike and Maintenance Drop-in Sessions in The Cloud will be held monthly through the winter months. Join us for the fourth and final winter session there on Wednesday 13th September from 5.30 - 7.30pm If you're new to riding, haven’t been on a bike for a while, or are getting back into it but need a bit of a confidence boost, then come on by. And it is a great opportunity to introduce a friend to cycling.
