DESCRIPTION:Bike Henderson\, Bike Pt Chev and Bike Te Atatu (also Bike Massey in future!) are hosting a Bikes & Beers catch-up every 2 months. Come join us for a bike-related yarn and some beers and snacks. \nNote: this session starts at 7:30pm at the venue\, Nomad\, in Pt Chev\, and if you’re coming from points west\, there are guided rides starting at 6:15pm (Henderson) and 6:20pm (Te Atatu Peninsula)\, and passing through the Te Atatu Underpass at 6:40pm. \nAbout the guided rides \nWe will have a guided ride from the both the Bike Hub in Henderson and the Community Centre in Te Atatu Peninsula for those of you in Te Atatu/Henderson or surrounding suburbs and will also stop at the Te Atatu Rd underpass for Te Atatu South folks. Dirtbag rides make a space for those who are a bit individual with their bikes\, are confident riding after dark and in traffic\, like old music and can keep up with a moderate pace ride 10-20kms. \nThose who might like 1990s classic Mtbs\, stonewash denim\, weird electrofunk\, modified vintage road bikes\, 80s Metal\, motocross handlebars\, 60s funk\, brooks leather saddles\, klunkers\, wearing tiger striped pants\, Surlys\, steel\, aluminium\, chrome\, weird jazz\, PLEASE CHECK ‘EVENTS’ ON THE DIRTBAG FACEBOOK PAGE- TIME AND LOCATION MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE FROM WHAT IS ADVERTISED HERE\nKeeping it simple by seeking out fun urban dirt (and paved) riding\, shooting the breeze\,\nSounds trailer pumping old- school music\,\nShow of your old school bikes (though any bicycles are welcome).\nCasual ride around central-west AKL. Be responsible\, bring working lights and visible clothing\, and ride at your own risk. This is not suitable for beginner riders.

DESCRIPTION:Join Bike Owairaka’s free family-friendly guided Albert-Eden ride for a fun\, safe\, bike-disco ride on Albert-Eden cyclepaths from Pt Chevalier to The Convergence! 4 pick-up points/”stations” between Meola Reef Reserve and The Convergence event at Owairaka Park where more music\, food and performances await! \n  \nChoose your starting station and register via the link. \nRegister for full information and where to meet: https://www.path.net.nz/events-theconvergence-22-3-2026/ \n\nDistance – 7.5km in total.\nTerrain – Entirely on cycle paths\, with some pedestrian crossings on main roads.\nElevation – Mostly flat\, with a short uphill from Meola Reef Park to Point Chevalier Road\, and over Te Whitinga Bridge.
