DESCRIPTION:Bike Henderson – EcoFest West Ride 1 of 4 \nA guided return ride from Hart Domain to Oratia Settlers Hall via Oratia Stream and West Coast Rd Shared Paths  \nJoin Bike Henderson for a wonderful\, mostly off-road guided ride from the Hart Domain in Henderson. We’ll travel down the Oratia Stream Shared Path\, past the Sunnyvale Train Station\, through Parrs Park across to the West Coast Rd Shared Path\, then through to the lovely park next to the Oratia Settlers Hall. \nWe’ll have a short break at the park before returning to Hart Domain along the same route. \nThe ride will be family-friendly and we will travel at the pace of the slowest rider. A moderate level of fitness is recommended as there are some steep gradients along this ride. \nFree ice blocks half-way back on the return segment of the ride! \nSee ride map below for an idea of the route. \nKeep an eye on the Facebook event page for info and updates! \nThis ride is part of EcoFest West 2020.

We will travel at the pace of the slowest rider. A moderate level of fitness is recommended as there is one or two minor gradient sections along the path. \nFree ice blocks upon return to the Bike Hub! \nKeep an eye on the Facebook event page for info and updates!  \nThis ride is part of EcoFest West 2020.

Led by our team from Bike Hub Manurewa\, this ride will introduce you to safe and scenic bike paths and show off local gems in the community. \nWe will start and end the ride at Manurewa Library. \nWhat to expect:\nExplore local cycling paths with experienced guides.\nDiscover hidden gems and handy pathways.\nRide at an easy\, social pace – no pressure\, just fun!\nFREE kai at the end from a local café cabinet. \nBring your own bike and helmet if you can\, or borrow one of ours on the day (limited availability).
