DESCRIPTION:An award-winning\, interactive workshop on one of the biggest issues of our time\, with trained facilitators. All ages welcome\, up to 30 participants.\nThe opportunity to connect with new faces in your local area. \nFree pizza!\n\nThis event is free\, but registration is essential. \n*Climate Club delivers these workshops for free\, thanks to funding from Auckland Council. To reach lots of people across Auckland with this funding\, they reserve the right to cancel if there are fewer than 10 signups\, 1 week out from the workshop date. \nAbout our workshops\nThese workshops are based on the Climate Fresk model\, which has over 1.7 million participants and 80\,000 facilitators worldwide. Climate Club are bringing these award-winning workshops to New Zealand businesses\, councils and community groups. \nThese engaging workshops help participants understand the ‘big picture’ of climate science\, and translate it into impactful actions that are relevant to their local contexts. All data is based on the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change reports agreed upon by 195 countries.
