It’s also excellent for people new to cycling\, or riding with children on bikes or scooters.\nThe path features tributes to the estuary’s past as a significant food gathering place for Maori. We’ll also have Rainbow Riders stickers and free iceblocks \nFrom 10am to 1pm we will be by the Waterfront Container Library (Quay st side of the Wynyard Crossing walking and riding bridge)\n529 Garage is a free bike registration system which helps to get bikes that are stolen back to their owners. Widespread 529 Garage use has the power to make bike theft inconvenient and unprofitable\, dampening the stolen bike market.\nIn Vancouver 529 Garage has been very successful\, with a 20% year on year decrease in bike theft once it was launched.\nPlease wear a mask. A QR code will be available for contact tracing.\nLet us know if you’d like to help us register bikes!
