DESCRIPTION:Get your hands behind a big rig to spot blindzones in this workshop to build rider confidence in sharing the road with trucks\, buses and large vehicles. \nOnce you have done this workshop you will remember:\nwhere to place yourself and your bike (or vehicle) so a truck driver can see you and that it is better to overtake a truck on the right \nyou will know: \n\nthat trucks may move straight forward from a stop before turning\, to clear a corner.\nthat heavy vehicles’ bodies will swing wide of their wheel tracks\nthat heavy vehicles’ rear axles may turn up to 2m ‘tighter’ than front axles\n\n“It’s a total eye opener! Unless you have sat in the driver’s seat of a large truck you have no idea just how little you can see from up there.
