Breakfast Conversation Session: Cycling & Auckland Issues – Thur 6 Dec

Bike Auckland

It’s been a great year for breakfast sessions – it’s wonderful to welcome new faces every month along with growing number of regulars. Please join us for this year’s final session at the Art Gallery Cafe to talk about cycling, transport and city issues and catch up with friends and colleagues.

All welcome… No need to RSVP… just drop in whenever suits. See you there!

from 7.30am onwards
Thursday 6th December
Art Gallery Cafe, Level 1
(entrance from the cafe terrace off Albert Park)

Happy Holidays! No breakfast in January – next date will be Thursday 7th February 2013
.
By the way: The photo is of Community Constable Kevin Reynolds, Glen Innes Police Station, who does a great job in the Glen Innes community. Kevin is one of the first police officers to use a bicycle in Auckland, but look out for more cops on bikes soon, probably around Auckland’s City Centre and Tamaki Drive.
.
Kevin has been a big advocate for the benefits of bicycle use in the community, and he is an key member of the Tamaki Drive Working Group initiated by Cycle Action. Local bike shop Hot Cycles supplied Kevin’s bicycle.
